High Precision Color Determination Method
1 Scope of Application and Overview
The automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer (protein analyzer) is a set of automatic intelligent measuring instruments designed according to the classic Kjeldahl method of nitrogen determination. It is widely used to measure the overall content of ammonia nitrogen and protein nitrogen in grain, oil, food, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, chemical fertilizers, drugs, sediments and chemical products. It is an important physical and chemical analysis instrument for product quality inspection.
SKD-2800 automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer, which adopts a new long-life design, is intelligently controlled by advanced microcomputer and operated on LCD color touch screen. Chinese menu-based interface is used to complete man-machine dialogue and automatically complete a series of standard processes, such as adding acid, adding alkali, adding dilution, distillation, titration, cleaning, storage and printing. Titration is determined by using international standard color determination method (color sensor). This instrument is easy to operate, with accurate data and stable performance.
2 Features
2.1 Accuracy
l Repeatability: RSD < 0.5%
l Recovery rate: > 99.5%
l Color determination method: Reliable three primary colors of red, green and blue are used, with three curves, standard acid amount and protein (nitrogen) content displayed in real time. It helps users to monitor the distillation, calculation and titration process in real time. The color determination endpoint and LED calibration technology are used to ensure that the results are always correct and the performance is stable.
l Titration accuracy: The minimum titration volume starts from 0.9μl and the high-precision intelligent titration system automatically determines the minimum titration volume according to the standard acid concentration. The professional precision plunger pump ensures test accuracy and high reliability.
l The reaction flask is placed outside without being affected by the external light source to effectively improve the anti-interference capability.
l Intermittent alkali addition ensures that the acid-base reaction is controllable to avoid the escape of ammonia caused by violent acid-base reaction in the absence of steam.
l Titration and distillation are performed at the same time to neutralize the steamed ammonia gas, avoid the escape of ammonia as much as possible, and reduce the detection time.
l True uninterrupted distillation: Constant steam, uninterrupted steam during water replenishment to ensure smooth vaporization of ammonia.
l Adjustable distillation power: Ensure good recovery of low concentration samples.
2.2 Safety
l It has the function of real-time detection and control of the temperature of the distillation flask. If the temperature is too high, the instrument will automatically stop heating.
l It can automatically detect pressure sensor, cooling water flow and water pressure in real time and alarm.
l The distiller adopts double liquid level control (double safety). If the distillation flask is short of water, the instrument automatically stops heating to prevent the distillation flask from dry burning.
l It has the safety door status and digestion tube in-place monitoring function to prevent accidents.
l It has reagent bucket level alarm and receiver flask overflow monitoring functions.
2.3 Convenience
l Built-in test plan: It can be directly retrieved from the instrument database to efficiently complete the testing tasks without writing it into the database again.
l Automatic acid addition, automatic alkali addition, automatic dilution addition, automatic distillation, titration (distillation and titration are carried out at the same time), automatic storage, automatic printing, calculation results, automatic recording of all analysis data.
l Optional data transmission function: Sample data, weight results, batch information and analysis results can be uploaded to the computer via USB or wireless transmission system. Automatic recording and data uploading can significantly reduce the risk of error, realize full traceability of sample parameters, and ensure that all data is safely stored on the computer for future reference, report and audit.
